For those of you who don’t yet know, I have recently started a company with my roommate, Dani. It is called Just Threads and it is a “Conscious Consumption Clothing Company”. Basically what we do is buy vintage and second hand clothing, alter them aesthetically, then sell them at the $.50 mark ($5.50, $12.50 etc—all under $20). With each purchase, the consumer is given the option to round their purchase up to the nearest dollar mark, or more, and donate that money to one of six grassroots organizations.
